making content is effortless & you're still not doing it.
everything that used to make content expensive & time taking, the filming, the editing, the finding of ideas, got solved in the last year and most people haven’t updated their excuse yet. everyday my only task is reading 10 ideas and picking one.
hi, i am parth. i do a lot of things but marketing is the one i actually enjoy. for the last few months i have been building a workflow where distribution keeps happening without me sitting inside it. here is the full thing. tools, cost, what we actually got out of it.

the setup
i run @designgyanbyrahul with rahul. the goal was never the account it is distribution first, then we can build whatever we want on top of it.
problem: rahul runs dacoit, his agency. he has zero time but he loves to experiment.
so instead of asking him for hours he doesn’t have, we built something that does the hours.
we use an agent called hermes. we named ours reelpaglu.

the 7 steps
1. sourcing. every morning at 8, reelpaglu goes through twitter and finds what actually worked yesterday in design, ai and tech. it drops a list of 10 ideas in our group. i wake up, look for the one that makes me think more people should know this, and that sounds like rahul. i pick one.

2. script. reelpaglu goes back and learns more about that idea, then writes a script built around rahul’s persona. keywords that work, shock value early, a few other parameters we set in a skill. if the script is weak i tell it what is off. we go back and forth. then it’s locked.
3. audio. the script goes to elevenlabs where we have an account with rahul’s voice. a sub-judge agent listens and decides if it actually sounds like him or needs a redo.
4. video. once audio passes, it goes to heygen where we have rahul’s avatar. same sub-judge does qa on the output.
5. layout. with audio and video ready, reelpaglu pulls relevant b-rolls and builds a layout sheet, basically a shot by shot map of what the reel is going to look like.

6. final output. i approve the layout sheet, the edit comes back in minutes.
7. handoff. caption written with the right keywords, download link in my hands. done.

cost
→ the agent itself costs us almost nothing. rahul already pays for codex for his own use and the agent runs on the same.
→ sourcing ideas, around $20/month in api cost.
→ elevenlabs, roughly $1 per minute of audio.
→ heygen, roughly $1 per minute of video.
→ claude api for scripts, around $5/month.
comes to about $80 to $90 a month.
and you can strip the agent out entirely and do these steps yourself. that puts you under a third of this. cost is not the reason you aren’t posting.
does it actually work?
→ 700k+ impressions and 3,000+ followers on the account.
→ rahul built matwidget.com. one reel sent 300 users to it in 24 hours, and then two creators with 600k combined reach picked it up and shared it on their own.
→ inbound and real connections with people he had never met before.
so does distribution matter?
if you read this far you already know the answer. the only real question is whether you do something about it this week or keep saving posts like this one.
if you want a system like this running for your own account, your founder’s, or your agency’s clients, dm me. this is the thing i do.
follow me here so you don’t miss the next one. and if this was useful, hit like and send it to a founder or an agency owner who has been saying they’ll start posting next month, every month.
